Because the Tic-Tac-Toe Board was already there.
Why did the light turn on when the light switch wasn't even on?
Because there was a person in the lamp that got the light bulb to work.
Why did the fire just light the logs?
Because the logs were in the fire.
Why did the Christmas tree have a picture frame on it?
Well, the picture frame knew how to walk so he walked over to it and jumped onto it.
